Whether this is your first massage or your hundredth, our policies are intended to enhance your satisfaction with our services.

All customer information is strictly confidential. We do not share any personal information with any third party or insurance company.

Your credit card will NOT be charged until the time of visit.
Upon checkout, you may choose the method of payment (cash, credit card, prepaid package, or gift certificates). Please do not consider your service paid until you have signed a receipt with one of our front desk staff.

We accept cash, debit cards and credit cards, including Visa, Master Card and Discover card. We do not accept American Express and personal checks. If you would like to tip your massage therapist, please do so at the end of your treatment session.

Cancellation less than 3 hours prior to your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Please call us in advance if you are going to be late for your appointment. If you are not present for your scheduled session during the first 15 minutes without letting us know, it will be considered a no-show. No-shows will be charged for 50% of the service scheduled.

We welcome children and teenagers anytime. We do request that all guests under 18 years of age be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
